MAcTier Bait and Tackle has small minnows for $6.25 a scoop and 16 Lake trout minnows for $7.25 I believe theys are about right

What species and how long are the lake trout minnows? I am desperate for bigger minnows for big walleye. I can't get anything bigger than 2 inches up here..

lake trout minnow are around 3.5" to 4.5" some smaller some bigger. I remember last year one guy useing Pike Bait (5"-6") sucker chub for bait and he caught afew lakers on them too.

I really like the Mac Tier Bait and Tackle!!! I especially like the large pike minnows and the good tackle selection.

Jay had a Braker blow acouple nights ago and lost 70% of his minnows

Oh no! That is sad. I will have to buy lots of lures next time I'm there instead of some big box store. We need to support the small bait shops.
Perhaps there is some sort of alert and backup system if the power goes out in the middle of the night a battery will kick on to provide life to our
Precious minnows.

Prices are outrageus ATM Jay it charging $10 a scoop for pinheads, or 12 Shinners, its cuz he can not get minnows cheaper, even I have to pay full price and I am in real good with him, cheapest place is just up the roa form me and its $8 a dozen shinner, not sure about others in teh area Eg: Divers Nook but will find out ASAP
