How to "shrink" photos

Hi Marc:

I had some wild turkeys in the backyard yesterday and I got some pictures. I'd like to post the photos but the software says they're too big. How do I "shrink" the photos?

Hi Pete. I would open your photos in microsoft paint and resize them until they are the size of a standard photograph or slightly larger.
